National Program Director

The Young Women Christian Association of Palestine is seeking to recruit a qualified female  candidate for the position of : The person applying for the above mentioned position will be located in the National council office at the YWCA OF Jerusalem
The incumbent should have the following qualifications :
1-Minimum Bachelors degree in Development studies,management or relevant social studies
2-Minimum proven experience of at least 7 years in Project Formulation,Monitoring ,Reporting and Fundraising.
3-Excellent communication and reporting skills ,especially in English
4-Excellent Computer skills.
5-Knowledge of the NGO sector especially women NGO's is an added value.
6-Experince in Training,Coaching,and Technical assistance is an added value.
