Chemonics International seeks a deputy chief of party, institutional strengthening component leader and monitoring and evaluation specialist for its USAID-funded Palestinian Justice Enhancement
Program that will work to strengthen justice sector institutions andthe rule of law in the West Bank and Gaza.

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

will be responsible for:
all monitoring and evaluation of the project, including developing indicators, collecting data, measuring impact and sharing project results.

Candidates are required to have a :
degree in statistics or related field, a minimum of 7 years of experience in M&E, and previous work on donor-funded projects. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and strong spoke and written English required.
