A leading contracting company in Palestine wants to recruit highly skilled and dynamic Financial Manager in its headquarter in Hebron with the following responsibilities:
• Providing and interpreting financial information ;monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• Formulating strategic and long-term business and financial plans;
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors,
bankers and statutory organizations.
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines and managing budgets;
• Taking part in quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008
• The incumbent shall have the following qualifications:
• B.A at least in accounting or financial management, Master or MBA is plus
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, projects finance and accounting experience is plus
• Project management skills and experience in project budgeting and financial planning
• Professionalism in computer skills, mainly excel.
