- Maintain & Update employees’ records.
- Assisting in Payroll preparation.
- Issuing official letters.
- Writing and posting job ads. on recruitment sites.
- Conducting new hire orientation.
- Coordinating training programs & workshops.
- Assisting the recruiter in recruitment process.
- Administers the Insurance files.
- Answering employees’ Inquiries.
- Preparing reports & presentations for internal communications.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
