Role Summary:

The incumbent of this role will support the efforts of developing and implementing the company’s internal communications program and initiatives targeting employees. The aim is to ensure company’s culture, values, and the right information is provided at the right time and the right context to create an environment that support engaged people and high achievements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new engagement initiatives aligned to the overall strategic Company plan and vision of becoming an employer of choice in Palestine, such as: Recognition Awards & Events, Staff Welcome initiatives and so on.
  • Assuring that employee initiatives are followed up and communicated, such as Employee of the Month certificates and announcements.
  • Working closely with the company’s PR and Marcom to ensure alignment with all HR initiatives along with external brand positioning and communication tone and content, if any. (Example newsletter).
  • Developing and implementing initiatives based on the outcomes of the possible (focus groups, employee surveys) to ensure that all employees within Ooredoo Palestine believe that their voices are heard and action will be taken.
  • Creating and managing all staff related company events, by working with external agencies and vendors as well as the company departments (PR and Marcom) to ensure the success of such events.
  • Working across the whole Departments to coordinate and collate all information related to any new initiative that needs to be communicated through Ooredoo Palestine Staff.

Work Experience & Qualifications::

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Public Relation, Media and Event Planner
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Journalism or similar field.
