Rise for Tourism & Bahri Restaurants Company is looking for a motivated and professional HR Officer to join our team.
HR Officer Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Any required task from the direct supervisor, which is related to the job.

HR Officer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or human resources.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Payroll Management skills is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Labor laws.
- Experience in Skills Development is a plus.
- Negotiation and Resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Computer and emails Skills.
- Working under Pressure is the most important skill.
- The skill of prioritizing and time management.
- Very good in English and Arabic.
