As Mermir Marketing & Development Ltd. expands its operations and takes on more software development projects, hiring an HR manager becomes crucial to manage the company's human resources functions effectively.

The HR manager would be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Attracting and hiring talented software developers, project managers, and other professionals required for the company's growth.
  • Employee Relations: Ensuring a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive and fair remuneration for employees.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Compliance: Keeping up to date with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and other relevant legal obligations to ensure the company's HR practices remain compliant.

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Arabic / English speaking fluency (a must).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
