The St George Hotel Jerusalem is looking for a candidate who can fill in the position of HR Officer,
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Pensions and benefits administration
- Monthly Payroll calculations
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Support the management of disciplinary issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

- BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Completed a Training course as Payroll officer “חשב שכר “
- Fluency in Hebrew language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics and reliability.
