We’re looking to hire HR Assistant to join our team.
- Welcomes ASAL visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Assist in ASAL administrative areas like transportation, cleaning, and maintenance that gives support to company’s work.
- Assist in ASAL Hiring process, including scheduling candidate interviews and continuous follow up with all applicants.
- Help in coordinating logistics for new hire orientations, staff training sessions and company events.
- BA Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 -2 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent English Language skill
- Excellent use of Computer; Microsoft Office, and Internet Browsing.
- Self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
