Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a General Manager for a leading company in the FMCG industry located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Reporting to:Board of Directors
Type of Contract: Full-time/ Permanent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company’s P&L.
- Develop operational and development plans to guarantee the achievement of the overarching business goals of the company.
- Ensure successful financial management and performance while improving revenues and profits.
- Oversee and manage the strategic and day-to-day operations, and evaluate performance and productivity.
- Supervise Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, and Admin departments.
- Build and manage effective teams, and motivate them to ensure delivery of high performance.
- Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with customers and external parties.
- Improving the Company’s standard operating procedures across all departments.

- Proven experience in building and managing teams and business operations.
- Experience in FMCG/Distribution.
- Solid understanding of commercial operations.
- Strong knowledge in financial management.
- Experience in managing manufacturing operations.
- Enterprise System Awareness (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills.
Fluent in Arabic & English
