Masrouji Company, is announcing a full-time Financial Manager vacancy and Inviting highly qualified professionals to Join its team according to tho following:

Skills and abilities.

1-Principles and methods of private sector finance administration, particularly in Ihe areas of accounting operations, budgeting preparation and management: financial control, cost accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal financial and operations auditing
2-the application of data processing to accounting operation induding budgeting, billing,financial monitoring and reporting.
3-Principles and methods of supervision and management, Including work planning, analysis and organization. selection, training, development and evaluation of employees
4-Quantitative analysis and statistical reporting
5-Dealing with crisis situations
6-Properly Interpreting and making financial decisions in accordance with appropriate laws, regulations and policies
7-Communicating effectively both verbaay and in writing
8-Establishing  and maintaining effective working relationships

Education and experience:

1-Bachelor degree m accounting. A master degree is a plus
2-Strong knowledge In financial management
3-Good experience

Duties :

1-Plan, develop, and coordinate financial management policies, goals, objectives, procedures, standards and programs with the management team
2-Analyze departmental financial needs and develop systems for controlling expenditures, cash management, and propose beneficial ways of investment
3-Research and interpret legislation to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations which financially Impact departmental programs
4-Provide training and supervision to professional, technical and clerical staff in the areas of accounting applications, budget administration, application of the law, and other financial and administrative support as necessary
5-Coordinate the preparation of the annual report with external auditors
6-Prepare technical financial reports
7-Prepare budgets for the financial department and supervise the preparation of budgets in cooperation with other departments
8-Design and participate in quantitative analysis of systems and programs, analyze cost experience and projected trends and prepare financial reports, rate studies and project plans
9-Establish and maintain positive working relationships with departmental management, staff, and suppliers
10-Prepare financing plans
11-Maintain good relationships with financial and government bodies
