Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a Finance Manager for a leading industrial company located in Nablus, Palestine  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting Department Management

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  3. Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
  1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closures.
  2. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Cash Flow Management
  1. Monitor cash flow projections and ensure the availability of funds for daily operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve cash flow efficiency.
  • Compliance and Audit
  1. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  2. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  3. Implement internal controls to minimize the risk of fraud or financial misstatements.
  4. Deliver all needed financial reporting.
  • ERP System Implementation
  1. Lead the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Special Requirements & Skills: 
  1. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in implementing or upgrading ERP systems.
  2. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  3. Excellent understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Knowledge in the manufacturing and/or food industry is a big plus.
Years of experience:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
Nablus, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
