The Palestine Program focuses on supporting Palestinian-led, nonviolent grassroots resistance to the Israeli occupation. CPT-Palestine works in partnership with communities in the H2 area of Al-Khalil/Hebron city and the South Hebron Hills, offering solidarity, accompaniment, documentation, and advocacy.

Position Overview:
The Field Coordinator (Intern) will support the day-to-day operations of CPT’s work in the Old City of Hebron, H2 area, and South Hebron Hills. This includes coordinating field activities, facilitating communication between team members and partners, documenting key events, and helping ensure that all team processes and goals are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit a detailed monthly report to the Program Support Committee (PSC), including field activities, learnings, and challenges.
- Monitor weekly team reports, ensuring they are submitted on time and reflect balanced workloads and clear next steps.
- Observe team field work and provide input or feedback on performance for team members and volunteers (serving more than one month).
- Ensure proper note-taking and documentation of all meetings (community, partner, organizational, and team).
- Ensure each team member and volunteer completes their annual one-month advocacy plan and supports its development.
- Manage the team’s official email account and maintain professional communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate field activities in all focus areas according to established frameworks.
- Conduct field assessments, including individual and group interviews, to identify community needs and recommend appropriate actions.
- Engage community members in activities, field visits, and meetings, ensuring inclusive participation.
- "Assist the PSC by coordinating with local organizations, institutions, and community partners to support the implementation of initiatives.
- Document success stories, best practices, and lessons learned for reporting and communication.
- Provide input for external and internal reports, storytelling, and other project documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in field coordination, community work, or volunteer management is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in sensitive political or cultural environments.
