Field Coordinator

Job Title: Field Coordinator at the Women's Development Program, East Jerusalem YMCA
Duration: 6 months

Locations: One position in Tulkarem, one in Jenin

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all project activities in the designated location.
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of location-specific action plans.
• Monitor the outcomes of project interventions.
• Assist and guide target groups in accessing available services and interventions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in community development projects.
• Previous work in humanitarian aid projects, particularly those focused on women and children, is an asset.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
