Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. System Support:
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the enterprise systems (SharePoint, ERP, other Internal Solutions), including user assistance, issue resolution, and system monitoring.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements, address system-related problems, and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent system issues from recurring.
  1. System Development:
  • Design, develop, and enhance custom functionalities within the SharePoint, ERP systems to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and configure the SharePoint, Internal Solutions to optimize their performance and usability.
  1. System Integration:
  • Integrate the ERP and SharePoint systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Develop and maintain integration interfaces, APIs, and data migration processes to enable efficient data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define integration requirements and implement integration solutions.
  1. System Upgrades and Enhancements:
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, releases, and best practices.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of system changes before deploying them to the production environment.
  1. User Training and Documentation:
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to facilitate system usage and promote best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the internal systems.
  • Provide ongoing user support and promote user adoption through clear communication and guidance.

Work Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting and developing Enterprise Systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, Java or any other languages for system customization and development.
  • Familiarity with system integration techniques and technologies (e.g., web services, APIs, middleware).
  • Solid understanding of business processes, data modeling, and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with SharePoint & ERP technologies.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of business reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
    • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
