Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 2009. PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated Palestinian citizens for the following senior
position:

 

Responsible for advising the council on issuing licenses for utility service providers, formulating Council policy regarding network requirements, service quality, and public safety, and overseeing all monitoring and enforcement activities of licensees

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering, law, or business
2- 7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position
3-Private sector experience and/or public utility experience a strong plus
4-Fluency of English required
