A Startup online company is looking for the following vacancy to be filled, a Customer Service Specialist to join our company
Responsible for Managing the customer relationship with our clients before and after the sale.
- Managing the dashboard platform and follow up on customer orders.
- Communicate with clients to confirm their orders via phone and email.
- Communicate with warehouses and stores to proceed with deals.
- Apply return and exchange policies when needed.
- communicate with customers after the deals were done and keep the channels open for future offers and deals.
- Handle customers calls, messages, complaints, inquiries and suggestions via phone, email and social media.
- Data entry; uploading items, photos and descriptions on related systems and social media platforms.
After sale follow up through phone calls, social media messages.

- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR or any relevant field
- 2-3 years minimum of relevant Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication both in Arabic and English.
- Manage operations and processes within budget.
- Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure.
