Answer all phone call on.
Differentiate between tasks that Department is responsible for and not responsible for
Arrange appointments with residents or customers.
Assign tickets and add details on Spice works.
Convert all notes and check lists into tickets.
Submit purchase requisitions on ERP.
Submit sales orders on ERP (Order from main warehouses or Department warehouses).
Contact & inform the customers or stakeholders in case of delay or updates.
Handing maintenance reports for technicians.
Sending records to some departments.
Answer any inquiry received on Department hot line.
Any other job related tasks required.
