- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Fills the customers’ information on the repair System
- Help the customers with the first technical support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Receives/submits the defected and repaired devices from and to the customers.
- Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor
- BCs degree in "Business Administration or Marketing or any equivalent field.
- 2 years' experience in dealing with the customers within high standards.
-Expert knowledge with the first level of technical support.
