Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B propositions and Wholesale & Roaming divisions & Sub-segments
  • Set B2B company strategy and go to market implementation plans
  • Follow-up with direct & sub teams on daily operations tasks
  • Setting up processes and procedures.
  • Providing feed-back to supports / develop existing/new offers (post-paid and corporate) as well as L&R activities, and convergent offers.
  • Creating promotions to increase usage towards B2B segment
  • Creating offers to increase usage and subscriber base mobile & convergent.
  • Insuring revenue of all offers.
  • Positioning (internal & External) of offers and promotions
  • Defining criteria to deter churn and enhance loyalty on all offers.
  • Implementing new offering/promotions/services along with all internal stakeholders.
  • Initiating and follow-up communication on all the offers/promotions in their different phases.
  • Manage Ooredoo Interconnections through direct links and international carriers
  • Manage Ooredoo Inbound and Outbound A2Z Wholesale voice interconnect rates
  • Expand Ooredoo roaming footprint worldwide
  • Enhance retail offering on international calling & roaming
  • Enhance customer journey and touchpoints at all related fields
  • Pricing of Packages and quantities to launch for each package per segment.
  • Working on Internal training & support on new offers/promotions.
  • Monitoring and entice market share

متطلبات الوظيفة

Experience & Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 12 years experience in related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of the Telecom sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent skills in dealing with cross functional processes
  • Managerial experience
  • Well organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Bilingual (Arabic, English).
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of Managing Distribution Channels
  • Able to manage stress and pressure
