BCI Mobile; a leading company in the retail & distribution of mobile devices in Palestine; is pleased to announce the following job opportunity, as we are hiring a “B2B Account Manager”, please review the below job duties, responsibilities and requirements for more details:

Job Summary:

Manages, organizes and meets all B2B accounts requirements, and maximizes the size of the account demand to achieve targets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Checks and follows up on the requested orders.
Follows up on the delivery of the requested orders with the invoices.
Provides the direct manager with the forecasts for each account.
Applies continuous checks of the stock.
Follows up with the marketing or demand planning departments regarding the splitting of the B2B orders.
Checks the orders once it’s released and delivered to the customers.
Provides the PSI weekly reports.
Manages the Key Accounts balance and invoices with the Finance Department.
Achieves the seated target monthly.
Provides daily reports describing the updates of the client's visits and new orders.
Prepares offers for the bank agents on the requested time.
Maximizes the clients and accounts for BCI in order to get large market shares within all sectors.
Provides the customers with any needed technical information.
Frequent visits to the key clients.
Updates the key clients with our offers and any new models in order to be circulated to their agents/employees.
Develops a good relationship with the Key Accounts.
Follows up the overdue balance for each account to settle on time.
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or any related field.
Proficient in relevant computer applications
3-5 years of experience in accounts management
