Crownox is a service provider company that targets businesses (B2B), which specializes in providing services and consultancy regarding risks mitigation to international companies.

Today, Crownox is growing across the region, and therefore we are opening a new office in Ramallah, and recruiting new team members to join us while looking towards new markets.

Crownox is currently looking for An Executive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager at the company’s office in Ramallah.

Job Description:

In this position, the employee will be expected to deal with people and have the skills to maintain good relationships with different stakeholders and partners, attend networking events, and present the company in meetings on behalf of the CEO or other senior employees.

Since Crownox provides services to international clients, we operate across different time zones, therefore, even though working hours are set, all team members are expected to be approachable during different hours, and be comfortable with stepping in when needed after official working hours or during weekends.

To provide high-level administrative support to executives in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties.

To oversee office functions and supervise lower level office employees,

Taking part in applying to bids.

Drafting and submitting tenders and proposals.

Comfortable with working on different office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A very important part of this role is to be able to control time within the office, assist in alerting on deadlines, deliveries and coordinating bids, tenders and submissions. Therefore, the person interested should have good communication and time management skills.

* English proficiency is a must.
