Title: HP Service Operations Administrator
Location: Ramallah
No of Positions:1
Responsibilities:
-Implementation and support of HP Network Node Manager (HP NNM)
-Implementation and support of HP Operations Manager (HP OM)
-Implementation and support of HP Service Manager and processes within the ITIL V3 framework.
Requirements:
Implementation experience with HP BTO tool suite:
-HP Operations Manager.
-HP Network Node Manager NNM.
-HP Performance Manager and Performance Insight.
-HP Network Automation, Servers Automation.
Implementation experience with the following SM modules:
-Foundation.
-Help desk.
-Change management.
-Knowledge management.
-Service level management.
-Request management.
-Service catalogue.
-3ITIL V3 experience and Certification is plus.
-Windows and UNIX operating systems experience.
-Good computer Networking Experience.
Other required Skills:
-Excellent Customer Service Skills.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
-Strong customer focus.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-The ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities while working independently as well as with a team.
