Master Purchase Agreement for Emergency

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related Authorized /Registered companies to participate in the following Tenders:

   MAR-011-Emergency-Household Supplies توريد أدوات منزلية

The following conditions apply:

• The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
• The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration. Tax/VAT Registration Certificate copies should be provided
• Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoices.
• The company should be based in Gaza.
• Tender documents can be obtained starting from Sunday 20 May 2018 during official working hours, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:
  Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Talatini Street, , Abu Mutaz #3 Building.
• Tenders submission should be made before Sunday 27 May 2018 no later than 12:00 pm to Mercy Corps Gaza office according to the above mentioned address
• Ramadan working hours from 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
• Submit Questions in writing to E-mail [email protected]
• The Company must provide the chain of custody documents to ensure the purchased items are legally imported through legally crossings into Gaza.
• The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee.
• The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
• The service is contingent to fund availability
