تعمل فرق ) Secours Islamique France (SIF الميدانية في ثلاث مجالات أساسية:
-   الإنقاذ: الاستجابة للاحتياجات الأساسية للناس الأكثر فقراً    
-   التعزيز: تزويد السكان بأدوات الاستقلال الذاتي
-   التعبئة: المشاركة في التوعية وحملات المناصرة

Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields: 

-    Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people
-    Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous
-    Mobilize – Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns

بـتمويل من  صندوق الأمم المتحـدة الإنساني للأرض الفلسطينية، تـنوي SIF) Secours Islamique France) وفي إطار عـملها الإنساني طرح عطاء تـنفيذ مشروع موائمة منازل الأسر المُهمشة المعالة من النساء في قطاع غـزة لمواجهة فـصل الصيف 2018  المرحلة الثانية.

Funded by: United Nations Occupied Palestinians Territory Humanitarian Fund, Secours Islamique France (SIF) – Gaza Strip Mission  - Palestine intends to award Summarization for Vulnerable Families Homes Headed by Women in Gaza Strip, 2018 Phase II, in the framework of humanitarian programs.

على الراغبين في التـقدم للعطاء مراعاة الشروط التالية:

- يجب أن يكون  المتقدم للعطاء مسجلاً لدى جهات الاختصاص وأن يمتلك خلو طرف ضريبي ساري المفعـول.

- المشاركة في العطاء مفتوحة لجميع المقاولين المؤهلين والمصنفين لدى لجنة التصنيف الوطنية والحاصلين على عضوية اتحاد المقاولين الفلسطينيين تخصص (مباني أو صيانة) درجة (ثانية أو ثالثة).
- يجب على المتـقدم للعطاء تـقديم تأمين إبتـدائي (كفالة دخول العـطاء) بنسبة (5%) من إجمالي قيمة عرض السعر المقدم وذلك من خلال شيك بنكي لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تسليم العطاء.
- سيتم عقد الاجتماع التمهيدي يوم الثلاثاء الموافـق 4  سبتمبر 2018 في مكتب Secours Islamique France SIF بغـزة الساعة 1:00 ظهراً.     

- الأسعار المقدمة غير شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة ويجب تقديم فواتير صفرية.                                                                 
- عملة دخـول العـطاء هي الدولار الأمريكي (USD).
- يجب أن تكون الأسعار سارية لمدة لا تـقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تسليم العطاء.
- أجرة الإعلان على من يرسو عليه العطاء.
- يجب دفع مبلغ نقدي غير مسترد بقـيمة 100 دولار أمريكي وذلك نظير الحصول على كراسة العطاء.
- Secours Islamique France غير ملزمة بأقـل الأسعار المقـدمة دون إبداء الأسباب، وتحـتـفظ بحقها في قبول كامل العرض أو تجزئته.
- يحق لـSecours Islamique France  إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب.
- يجب تقديم العروض بالظرف المغلق مخـتوماً.
آخر موعد لتسليم العطاء هو الساعة 01:00 ظهرا من يوم الاثـنين الموافق 10 سبتمبر 2018 وهو موعد جلسة فتح المظاريف.
 

- Candidates should be registered at specialized authorities and have a valid Tax clearance. 

- Participation in tendering is open on equal terms to any legal persons or company registered with concerned formal departments and hold the membership of contractor union (building or building maintenance) grade (2 or 3).

- Tenderers shall attach their price offers with bank guarantees/ bank cheques for an amount of (5%) from the total proposed offer and shall be valid for 90 calendar days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
- A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, 4th September 2018 at 01:00 p.m. at SIF- Gaza Strip Palestine Mission office.
- Prices are not inclusive of VAT and zero invoices must be provided.                          
- Currency of proposed offer should be in USD.
- Price offers shall be valid to not less than 90 calendar days from the dead line mentioned below.
- The awarded tenderer shall pay the cost of this advertisement. 
- Please note that a payment of non-refundable fees of 100 USD in cash against receipt will be required to buy a complete tender dossier.
- SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest price offers and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the offer.
- SIF reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons at any time. 
- Only closed stamped price offers will be accepted. 

The deadline for submission of tenders is Monday, 10th September 2018 at 01:00 pm and it is the time of opening session.
