Secours Islamique France (SIF) هي مؤسسة إغاثة إنسانية غير حكومية تأسست في العام 1991 وتقدم خدمتها للمجتمعات المهمشة والمعوزة في أكثر من 30 دولة حول العالم

Established in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a relief and humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Secours Islamique France helps deprived and disadvantaged communities in more than 30 countries 

تعمل فرق Secours Islamique France (SIF) الميدانية في ثلاث مجالات أساسية:
-   الإنقاذ: الاستجابة للاحتياجات الأساسية للناس الأكثر فقراً    
-   التعزيز: تزويد السكان بأدوات الاستقلال الذاتي
-   التعبئة: المشاركة في التوعية وحملات المناصرة

Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields: 

-    Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people
-    Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous
-    Mobilize – Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns

من الساعة 9:00 صباحاً وحتى 3:00 مساءً

SIF – Gaza Strip Palestine Mission intends to award Food Items in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by Secours Islamique France.
Bidding documents can be obtained by interested parties at the below address:

على الراغبين في التقدم للعطاء مراعاة الشروط التالية:

- يجب أن يكون  المتقدم للعطاء مسجلاً لدى جهات الاختصاص وأن يمتلك خلو طرف ضريبي ساري المفعول.
- يجب على المتقدم للعطاء تقديم تأمين أولي (كفالة دخول العطاء) بنسبة (5%) من إجمالي قيمة عرض السعر المقدم وذلك من خلال شيك بنكي لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تسليم العطاء.
- الأسعار المقدمة شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.                                          - يتم تقديم شهادة خصم منبع.
- عملة دخول العطاء هي الشيكل.
- يجب أن تكون الأسعار سارية لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ تسليم العطاء.
- أجرة الإعلان على من يرسو عليه العطاء.
- يجب دفع مبلغ نقدي غير مسترد بقيمة 100 شيكل وذلك نظير الحصول على كراسة العطاء.
- Secours Islamique France غير ملزمة بأقل الأسعار المقدمة دون إبداء الأسباب، وتحتفظ بحقها في قبول كامل العرض أو تجزئته.
- يحق لـSecours Islamique France  إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب.
- يجب تقديم العروض بالظرف المغلق مختوماً.

آخر موعد لتسليم العطاء هو الساعة 01:00 ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 29 مايو 2018 وهو موعد جلسة فتح المظاريف.

- Candidates should be registered at specialized authorities and have a valid Tax clearance. 
- Tenderers shall attach their price offers with bank guarantees/ bank cheques for an amount of (5%) from the total proposed offer and shall be valid for 90 calendar days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
- Price offers shall include all VATs.                          - A certificate of withholding tax should be provided.
- Currency of proposed offer should be in NIS.
- Price offers shall be valid to not less than 90 calendar days from the dead line mentioned below.
- The awarded tenderer shall pay the cost of this advertisement. 
- Please note that a payment of non-refundable fees of 100 NIS in cash against receipt will be required to buy a complete tender dossier.
- SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest price offers and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the offer.
- SIF reserves the right to cancel the tender without providing reasons at any time. 
- Only closed stamped price offers will be accepted. 

The deadline for submission of tenders is Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 at 01:00 p.m. and it is the time of opening session.
