 “Youm Jadeed” Project

 About the Project

Youm Jadeed (New Day) is a pioneering educational and psychosocial support project designed for children aged 7-11 in Palestine. Funded by Education Above All, this innovative project leverages radio, digital platforms, and social media to channel psychosocial messaging and educational information and therefore contributes to addressing the education gap caused by the ongoing conflict. During the project’s first phase 90 education-based radio episodes will be produced and broadcasted, along with supplementary materials made available online, to provide critical learning opportunities and psychosocial support for children and their caregivers.

Youm Jadeed is seeking proposals from qualified companies or individuals to create a set of videos that reflect the spirit and goals of the project.

The selected bidder will be responsible for delivering:

Proposal Requirements

Interested service providers (companies and freelance individuals). should include the following in their proposals:

1. Company Profile or CV:

● Details of previous experience in video production

● Samples of similar past projects

● Links to videos or animations (preferably aligned with education or social impact themes)

2. Team Composition: Key personnel and their roles in delivering the services.

3. Technical Approach:
- Workflow and production plan - Proposed software/tools and techniques
- Timeline for delivery per video category

           NB: All products must be submitted within 6 weeks.
         - Any equipment to be used (especially for filming)

4. Artistic / Creative Proposal:
- Creative concept for each video category
- Visual styles, artistic direction, sample scripts or storyboards (if available)
- A brief explanation of how you will build on and integrate the existing brand identity and illustrations
- Your approach to working with the visual assets already available on youmjadeed.com

5. Financial proposal:
- Clear breakdown per video category
- Total cost, inclusive of revisions and final delivery (In US Dollars/VAT included)

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following:
- Relevance and creativity of the artistic proposal
- Technical feasibility and timeline
- Demonstrated experience and quality of portfolio
- Cost-effectiveness
- Understanding of the project’s goals and target audience
