Vehicle Transport- Request for Quotations

Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children, women and men. Established in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organization. Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their offers for the transport of a 4x4 vehicle from Ramallah to DeB (Gaza), for our Gaza operations. Publication Reference: (PIJE01123) according to the following conditions:

• All companies and agencies specialized in the shipping and logistics trade and those wishing to participate in this request for quotations are invited to submit their price offers for the shipment of a 4x4 Vehicle from Ramallah to Deir El Balah, Gaza, according to the RfQ Form.

• Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates.

• Eligible suppliers can obtain quotation request documents from Action Against Hunger Jerusalem office Al Zaytouna St. Bldg. 17, 2nd floor, Beit Hanina, or by sending an email to [email protected] starting from Monday, 4 November 2024, at 10:00 am (local time of the Palestinian Territory).

• Interested suppliers on the request for quotation should provide Action Against Hunger with all requested documents when submitting their price offer. For more information on this regard, please send an email to [email protected] during the formal working hours.

• Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope (or by email) no later than Monday 18th of Nov 2024 at 4:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory).

• Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price.

• Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone, cancel, extend or split the RfQ.

• Preparation and announcement fees will be paid by the RfQ winner.

• The prices excluding customs and VAT and the supplier should issue Zero VAT invoice
