Tender Description

Enabel, the Belgian development agency, is launching a public services contract for “Design and Supervision Consultancy for the Rehabilitation and/or Creation of STEM Labs in Schools in the West Bank.” This consultancy aims to deliver full design services, including the preparation of tender documents, and to oversee the execution of construction works through effective site supervision and project management.

The contract is divided into two main lots:

• Lot 1: Design and supervision of 8 STEM labs located in southern governorates.

• Lot 2: Design and supervision of 8 STEM labs located in central and northern governorates.

Each lot includes two key components:

1. Design and Tender Preparation – Delivering detailed technical designs and full tender documentation.

2. Works Supervision and Management – Overseeing implementation to ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution.
