RFQ 006/2025

 Introduction

The Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center- JLAC is one of the pioneering human rights organizations in Palestine. JLAC stands to defend victims of human rights offences, regardless whom the violator and what facet of living a dignified life is being violated.  In this regard, JLAC provides pro-bono legal aid, awareness, and advocacy/ efforts in tackling violations made by the Israeli government, the Israeli occupying forces and the Palestinian Authority.

JLAC is looking for a stationary supplier to sign a Framework agreement. Interested companies shall submit their offers latest by Sunday, 13/04/2025, 2:00 PM. 

Notes

• Prices must be in ILS.
• A price variance percentage will be agreed upon at contract stage (The variation percentage usage depends on market surveys)

• Companies must specify quantity and price per unit for each product. Palestinian products will be given priority.
• The winning vendor must deliver purchased items to JLAC’s Office in Ramallah and must cover the delivery fees and provide JLAC with delivery notes.
• All interested companies should confirm their ability to provide ZERO VAT invoices when needed.

• JLAC maintains its right to split or cancel the RFQ.
• JLAC is not obliged to contract with the lowest prices provider.
• JLAC is not obliged to purchase all mentioned items.
• Payments will be made according to the delivery of items: Payments will be made as a cheque or bank transfer within 30 days of delivering the item/s.

Submission criteria

• Offers must be submitted in signed / stamped and sealed envelopes and delivered by hand to the following address: JLAC’s office in Ramallah Al Irsal, Kamal Nasser St., Millennium Bld, 3rd
• Offers must include:
• A valid Deduction at Source Certificate
• Annex 1 (Price Table)
• Requested samples
