Background:

Established in 1997, The Association of Palestinian Local Authorities – APLA is an independent institution that brings together all Local Government Units – LGUs across Palestine. APLA’s core mission is to represent the collective interests of LGUs, enhance their capacities through strategic advocacy and lobbying, and promote the exchange of information and best practices. APLA further serves as a channel of dialogue between the central government and LGUs, advocates for the rights of LGUs, and represents them at national, regional, and international levels, with a view to enabling them to improve the quality of services provided to Palestinian citizens.

APLA is implementing “Local Authorities for Sustainable Development Project “LAND”, which is designed to support the role of Palestinian Local Authorities in the elaboration of inclusive and sustainable local development strategies and policies, specifically focused on the environmental protection, recovery and valorization. Funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation ‘AICS’, APLA is implementing the project with FELCOS UMBRIA for Unione dei Comuni del Trasimeno with collaboration and partnership of various institutions in Italy.

Main Objective of the Assignment:

The primary aim of this assignment is to supply a plantation for LGUs included in L.A.N.D project.

Based on the above, APLA is seeking for getting a service from a supplier, to “Supply and Delivery of Plantation (trees, shrubs, ornamental plants and miscellaneous)”.

RFPO’s Conditions:

1. Interested suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document through the website of APLA at (https://www.apla.ps/library).
2. Clarifications and technical inquiries can be obtained from the Association of Palestinian Local Authorities (APLA), Project Coordinator, on mobile no. +972 593 171902, email: [email protected], during office working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM) at the address given below from 08 May 2025 to 21 May 2025.
3. The RFPO’s documents may be downloaded from the APLA website (https://www.apla.ps/library), filled, stamped, and submitted by the supplier.
4. Offers must be hand-submitted in a sealed envelopes and delivered to the Administrative Assistant at the address below on or before 3:00 PM. of 21 May 2025. Late offers will be rejected. Electronic offers will not be permitted.
5. Publishing and advertising fees of the RFPO on who wins the tender.
