Invitation to open tender Bid – Medical Equipment and Supplies for
Strengthening Gaza Healthcare Emergency Donated by GFFO-JIA

St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital is seeking qualified supplier to provide the needed medical
equipment and supplies as per below list:

1. Interested candidates can purchase the tender document from the finance Department, at
the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem or Kufur Aqab Center near to
Samiramis junction, Adam tower floor 8, no later than Monday 11/11/2024 at 02:00 pm.
2. Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submission is Monday 18/11/2024 at 02:00 pm
by hand and e-mail to the above-mentioned address and a digital soft copy (in Excel
format) of their offer to be sent by CD or flash memory.

General Notes:

Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope and digital format by e-mail/CD/Flash memory.

Cost of purchasing the tender documents is $100.00 (non-refundable).

The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest price.

Prices should be offered in USD and Vat inclusive.

Price shall in include delivery fees to Nablus Branch.
