Terms of Reference for Design & Develop of Interactive Digital Platform for Knowledge and Sustainable Marketing

MA’AN Development Center, in partnership with World Vision International, is an independent Palestinian development institution established in 1989. We invite qualified consultants to participate in the tender for the above-mentioned training program under the project " Towards Climate Change Action with Nutrition Co-Benefits of Vulnerable Families in Areas B and C in the West Bank #8086" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Key Notes:

• Financial offers must be in EURO (VAT exempted).

• Consulting companies should be able to provide official Zero VAT invoices.

Submit your offer in two sealed envelopes:

1. Technical Offer (methodology, work plan, team qualifications, references).
2. Financial Offer (detailed budget in EURO, VAT exempted).
