MA’AN Development Center is an independent Palestinian development and training institution established in January 1989 and registered as a non-profit organization. The main office is in Ramallah with branch offices in Gaza, and Jenin.

Purpose of the training consultancy / consultancies.

Ma’an and the Hub Center are announcing consulting opportunities in the fields listed in this ToR for an ongoing project to train interns and apprentices to be ready for the job market on the 21st century training. The training will take place in Ramallah, and possibly in different geographical areas, and will be done via 6 training sessions at different dates. 

-        Train and equip interns and apprentices with the necessary knowledge and tools to be ready for employment in the job market.

-        Focus on 21st century training skills that could benefit both the employee and the employer.

-        The training will run for 6 sessions at different times and possibly 2 at a time. 

Financial Offer Requirements:

• Consulting companies should be able to provide official VAT invoices and a deduction at source certificate. The financial proposal should be submitted in USD
• The consultant (freelancer) should be able to provide a valid deduction at source certificate; otherwise, 10% will be deducted as income tax and paid directly to the income tax authority.
• Prices must remain valid for at least two years from the tender submission date.
• All costs must be presented in USD.

Eligibility:
The tender is open to both consulting firms and freelancers.
