Position: Field Representative / WASH Field Worker

Location: North of West Bank (Jenin, Tubas, Tulkarem)

Duration: 3 months (May 15 – August 14, 2025)

Level of Effort: 75% 

CARE Palestine (WBG) is seeking a qualified Field Representative/WASH Field Worker to support emergency response and livelihood projects in the North of the West Bank. The Field Representative will implement field activities, monitor projects, collect data, write reports, and coordinate with stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in social work, agriculture (plant/animal production) or related fields.

· 5+ years' experience in NGOs, preferably with CARE/INGOs.

· Strong experience in land rehabilitation and field work.

· Excellent reporting, communication, and community mobilization skills.

· Valid driving license and ability to work in Northwest Bank areas.

Key Tasks:

· Develop work plans and coordinate field activities.

· Prepare technical specifications and BoQs.

· Monitor project activities, collect and document data.

· Submit monthly reports and progress updates.
