Tender Description

As part of the Guidance and Training Center for the Child and Family (GTC) activities, we request a price quotation for editing services for a workbook written by the GTC staff in the Mental Health field, that reflects the knowledge and learning methods of the Applied Psychology program. The workbook consists of 145 pages; some pages are full texts, and others are inserted with images and other illustrations. You are kindly requested to submit your offer for supplying services in the attached request for quotation RFQ#23/2025 and in accordance with the specifications and conditions clarified therein. The offer attached with a CV shall be submitted to GTC by email to [email protected] or [email protected] no later than May 07, 2025.

Scope of Work:

● Review and edit the full Arabic manuscript (number of pages/words to be specified).

● Ensure consistency in terminology and structure.

● Correct grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.

● Improve sentence flow and overall readability without altering the author's intended meaning.

● Provide tracked changes and a clean version.

The bidder must be:

● Holder of any university certificate.

● A native Arabic speaker with proven experience in professional editing.

● Qualified in Arabic language or literature (minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred).

● Experienced in editing similar Arabic-language materials, preferably books or academic texts.

● Able to deliver within a specified timeframe (to be agreed upon).
