Oxfam plans to assess the available renewable solar energy technologies and then to prioritize the most efficient and feasible technology that can be utilized for public and private water facilities in the Gaza Strip. The study will come out with the benefits of the utilization of renewable solar energy for the operation of public and private water facilities in the Gaza Strip at the level of supplying vulnerable communities with essential water services.

Oxfam are conducting a bidding process and invites your submission of a proposal to provide with the consultancy service for conducting:

COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES IN GAZA'S WASH SECTOR FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE WATER

as per the conditions detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Dossier.

RFQ dossier can be obtained by interested parties by sending a request to ([email protected]) CCing ([email protected]). indicate the reference: (18/092/OPTI-GAZA) in the subject of the mail.

The deadline for the requesting the RFQ Dossier is 06/09/2018 at 3pm (Jerusalem time)

The deadline for submission of bids is 10/09/2018 at 11am (Jerusalem time) upon conditions in the RFQ dossier.

Responses should be sent in a sealed envelope which will contain RFQ response with all the required documents.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the contract to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the offer.
