The Civil Peace Service (Ziviler Friedensdienst) is a global programme aiming to the prevention of violence and promoting peace in crisis zones and conflict regions through the engagement with civil society actors. It aims to build a world in which conflicts are resolved without resorting to violence. The global programme is run by nine German peace and development organisations in many post-conflict and conflict regions worldwide together with local partners and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

As a long-term partner of the ZFD program, the Palestinian Circus School (hereinafter PCS) is dedicated to the goals of the program. The PCS is a nonprofit organization, registered at the Palestinian Authority since 2007. In its activities the school targets children and youth with the aim of promoting their creative potential to become effective and active actors within the Palestinian society. Through the tools provided by the social circus pedagogy, the PCS strives to provide a safe space where children can meet and express their potential without any discrimination to develop social, ethical, emotional and cognitive competencies.  

Within this context, GIZ CPS seeks qualified locally registered service providers to carry out this assignment and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for providing needed services.
