The goal of this contract: The purpose of this consultancy is to enhance the digital security and cyber campaign skills of the 17 CBOs, CSOs, and Hebron municipality centers employees and to support their online activism efforts, Also Develop and Follow up the implementation of A Joint Advocacy Campaign led by CBOs and Hebron Municipality Centers.

CONSULTANCY OBJECTIVES

Goal

The main objective of this consultancy is to provide CBOs, CSOs, and Hebron municipality centers employees with the necessary skills to protect their digital security and privacy, effectively run cyber campaigns and online activism, and use digital tools and platforms to increase their reach and impact and Use this skills to develop and design of A Joint Advocacy Campaign plan. Also Follow up and Support the CBOs and Hebron Municipality Centers to lead the implantation of the Planned Joint Advocacy campaign.  

 This will be achieved through the provision of training and capacity building on digital security, cyber campaigns, and online activism. The ultimate aim is to ensure that the organization and its stakeholders are better equipped to protect their online assets, communicate more effectively with their target audience, achieve their advocacy goals in a safe and secure manner, and design and implement the Digital Campaign.

More specifically, the capacity building training should aim to:

To enhance the knowledge and skills of the CBOs, CSOs, and Hebron municipality centers employees on digital security, cyber campaigns, and online activism. As To strengthen the CBOs, CSOs, and Hebron municipality centers network and collaboration with other civil society actors and digital rights advocates on issues related to digital security, cyber campaigns, and online activism.

To improve the CBO's and Hebron municipality centers employees capacity to plan, design, and implement effective cyber campaigns and online activism strategies to achieve A Joint Advocacy campaign Plan led by CBOs, CSOs, and Hebron municipality centers employees Cultural awareness-raising action open to the public aimed at advocating to make public services more accessible to women, young people, and people with disabilities.

To promote and support the use of digital tools and platforms for activism and civic engagement, such as social media, digital petitions, and online platforms for public participation in decision-making processes.
