Oxfam is requesting competitive proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants interested in conducting Need Assessment Training and Coaching of “CAPACITY BUILDING FOR COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE STRUCTURES.

Please note, when reviewing proposals, Oxfam will consider both technical and financial evaluation for the received proposals, while the technical assessment will have some killing factors that will include or exclude your proposal from the financial evaluation.
