Consultant qualifications and experience

• Strong experience (at least 5 years) with and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative evaluation research methods and sampling strategies.
• Knowledge and expertise in the rights, needs and abilities of young people with disability; related to vision impairment is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of and experience in empowerment processes of young people with a disability is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication and writing skills

 Timeline

The baseline study is anticipated to begin from 27th of June 2022 and final report submitted by 15 September 2022.

Submission calls for proposals

Calls for proposals in English can be submitted before the 15th of June, in which consultant gives an outline of the baseline approach in 2-3 pages, presents his/her CV, provides contact details of 2 reference persons and an example of an evaluation research in which consultant played key role.
