For the Benefit of Al-Ibraheem Plast Company Located in Palestine /Nablus

The Trade Facilitation and Customs Support Program (Tasdeer) is a UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) initiative (Contract No. PO10054), implemented in the West Bank and Gaza. The programme aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Palestinian private sector and strengthen the Palestinian Authority’s capacity in the areas of trade, customs, and import policy regulation and administration. Tasdeer supports sustainable, private sector-led economic growth and job creation across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The programme also contributes to the fiscal sustainability of the Palestinian Authority and promotes equitable access to trade and improved institutional capacity.

Tasdeer is currently inviting proposals from eligible and qualified offerors to provide:

“Supply and Installation of Full Automatic PET Bottle Blowing Machine” 

 for a Beneficiary Located in Nablus – West Bank”

Eligibility Criteria:

- Be a legally registered entity.

- Have Valid Deduction at Source Certificate

Evaluation Process:

The evaluation will be based on both technical and financial proposals. The bidding committee reserves the right to reject the lowest financial bid and may cancel or postpone the tender process without providing justification.
