Introduction

The Jerusalem Legal Aid & Human Rights Center (JLAC) is a non-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Interior under the number QR-146-B, working in the field of legal representation and raising Palestinian awareness of human rights; by providing legal representation services and legal advice to victims of human rights violations in the fields of economic and social rights and house demolitions in Jerusalem and Area C.

JLAC is looking for advertising companies to print advertising materials. Interested shall submit their offers latest by Wednesday, 30/10/2024, 12:00 PM.

Delivery:

Delivery should be within 3 weeks of signing the contract.

 Notes:

• Folders, envelopes and business cards designs are ready and can be requested from JLAC.

• Prices in USD Exclusive of VAT and any other expenses.
• VAT invoice must be issued.
• Offers will not be considered unless all papers are complete, signed and stamped.
• Offers must be valid for 90 days from submittion date.
• Winning supplier will cover advertising fees.
• Samples of printings will be requested from the winning supplier for approval before final printing.

Submission deadline and criteria:

• The deadline for submitting quotations is Wednesday, 30/10/2024, 12:00 PM.
• Offers must be submitted by hand at the Center's office located in Millennium Building, 3rd Floor, Al-Masayef, Ramallah. The following information should be clarified on the envelope: RFQ name and number (Advertising materials No. (RFQ 010/2024) and applicant details (company name), name of the authorized person for communication, e-mail and mobile number).
• Technical offers must include:
• Company’s profile
• Registration certificate
• Valid deduction at source certificate
• Samples of similar previous works

Revision criteria:

All offers will be reviewed based on the Accept/ reject offer criteria:

All the following must be met in order to accept the offer:

• The offer is submitted by hand at JLAC’s office in Ramallah Al Irsal, Kamal Nasser St., Millennium Bld, 3rd floor.
• The Offer is submitted in a stamped, signed and sealed envelope.
• The company is registered and has valid deduction at source certificate (the certificate must be included in the offer).

Evaluation and Selection criteria:

• JLAC is not obligated to the lowest prices.
• JLAC has the right to split or cancel the RFQ.

Payment will be made as a cheque or bank transfer within 30 days of delivering the items.
