We are looking for an enthusiastic and fresh Tickets & Reservations Agent to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and Word programs.

• Polite and professional in dealing with customers, both over the phone and in person.

• Good English language skills with an understanding of basic communication.

• Ability to follow up quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills with clients and agents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client ticket reservations and provide detailed information about available options.

• Maintain continuous communication with clients to confirm and book tickets while providing necessary support.

• Coordinate with agents to ensure bookings are completed with the highest level of accuracy.

• Issue tickets and provide invoices to clients after booking confirmation.

• Follow up on booking statuses with clients and ensure all procedures are correctly completed.

• Manage and update booking records in an organized manner.

• Provide after-sales support to clients post-travel to gather feedback and comments.

• Handle any changes to bookings and notify clients accordingly.
