Senior HR Officer
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment related activities to ensure Amaar is able to source and select the most suitable talent.
- Complete joining formalities and deliver/participate in corporate induction to support onboarding of new joiners.
- Set up and maintain Employees’ files/records in soft and hard copy format in a secure manner ensuring confidentiality of employee data is maintained at all times.
- Handle Employees’ HR queries, concerns and requests & serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, whilst ensuring good employee relations are maintained at all times.
- Set up effective and efficient systems to organize and administrate all staff insurance claims.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure Internal Revenue Authority is notified of new Employees and/or changes in Employee salary as per applicable guidelines.
- Lead coordination with Finance and ensure necessary signatures and approvals are obtained for timely completion of the payroll process.
- Process payroll using relevant software or systems.
- Initiate and complete annual performance management process within the defined timeframes.
- Develop and implement initiatives/activities for employee engagement.
- Collate departmental inputs to support the training planning & budgeting process and ensure all logistical/administrative formalities related to employee training are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the HR Software provider to support automation of HR processes for HR service delivery optimization.
- Supervising support service staff.
- Maintain all documentation and provide inputs to periodic/adhoc management reports as required.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of English both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability and mindset of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedule.
- Self-motivated and demonstrate our core principles of integrity, partnership, and high performance.
