Jawwal Pay is a pioneering company in the field of electronic payment and electronic wallet services in Palestine. It was established as a limited shareholding company in February 2018. It received a license to operate from the Palestine Monetary Authority to provide payment services (PSP) and electronic wallet services.
Roles, responsibilities and requirements:
∙ Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
∙ Define sales and growth strategy toward key agents and merchants.
∙ advise the company in terms of market size, growth rate and trends for identified products, and as well provide management with competitive information.
∙ continuously look for acquiring new merchants, agents to expand the network and to achieve the targets.
∙ Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers
∙ Provide awareness, technical and training support to agents/sales force when needed.
∙ Maintain ongoing knowledge of the market place and competitor data.
∙ Provide management with daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of sales KPI’s and the performance.
∙ Responsible for achieving team sales targets, as well as being hands on with strategic customers and high value projects.

∙ Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or any other related fields.
∙ The candidate of this position must have at least 5 years of working experience sales.
∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
