Job Description:

  • Receive Purchase Requests from various departments
  • Purchase orders placement Via ERP 
  • Monitor delivery times to ensure  on time delivery 
  • Initiate and keep track of orders
  • Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with suppliers 
  • Conduct  purchase prices  reviews and updates  periodically.
  • Handling  courier services Logistics (Import & Export).
  • Following with the suppliers for monthly ,Quarterly and annual Statement of accounts  for records matching purposes 
  • Archiving Activities

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any other related field.

Experience

1-3 years in the same Field 

Languages

Fluent in Arabic and English
