- Lead Generation: Identify and gather leads from diverse sources, both online and offline, to feed into the admission department's pipeline, with the ability to work with different systems for social media and Customer Relations Management Systems.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive quarterly marketing plans aligned with AXSOS Academy's goals and brand identity.
- Online ads: Build and execute ads on all targeted platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and any other platform that we can gather leads from.
- Social Media Planning: Strategy, Content Calendars: follow up, design and posts including community management.
- Market and Competitors Research: Report, analyze, develop marketing strategies, and implementation.
- Brand and Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of AXSOS Academy's brand, products, and target audience to effectively market our offerings.
- Content and Design Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing agency to ensure high-quality content creation, designs, advertisements, and social media campaign execution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, gather data, and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions department and other teams to ensure seamless lead-to-enrollment processes.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (certificates or master's degree a plus).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
