Contract Duration: 23 months with the possibility of extension.
Duty Station: Bethlehem.

Job Summary

The main purpose of this position is to plan, oversee, and follow up the execution of medical infrastructure projects such as new constructions, renovation or development of medical facilities in PCRF working areas.
 
  • Follow up the design and tender docs development process with the projects stakeholders.
  • Provide professional level of reporting and monitoring for the projects.
  • Apply technical coordination between several engineering disciplines.
  • Assure implementation of project activities in compliance with PCRF requirements, budgets, project specifications, and time plan.
  • Capability of producing design, construction drawings and tender documents for medium scale projects.
  • Capability of day today travel to PCRF projects among Westbank.
  • Participate in design development in order to ensure that scope and standards of work are maintained.
  • Review contractor payments and assure site compliance with all contractual provisions.
  • Ensure addressing PCRF beneficiaries’ requirements and needs.
  • Inspect on site all the Engineering Works submitted by the contractor, and provide the needed response.
  • Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
  • Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
  • Ensure stakeholders adherence to Safety requirements in Projects Sites.
  • Provide professional level of reporting for the projects.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BSc. In Architectural or Civil engineering.
  •  9 Years of experience in construction site supervision and coordination between different engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
  • Full-time dedication to the projects.
  • Has strong reporting skills.
  • Has full knowledge of (AutoCAD, Office, MS Project, Adobe suite, AI, etc )
  • Experience in preparing plans and budgets.
  • Had earlier experience in health facilities.
  • Ability to move between the West Bank governorates.
  • From Bethlehem or Hebron governorates.
  • Valid Driving license and Personal car.
  • Capability of long continuous working hours

  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.

  • Adheres to PCRF policies and management guidance.
  • Dresses and speaks in a professional and polite manner to all volunteers, staff, beneficiaries, and others.
