A leading company in the field of import and distribution is looking to hire an experienced and efficient “HR & Internal Procurement Officer” to join our administrative and logistics team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative matters related to employees (attendance, leave, insurance, contracts, etc.).
  • Prepare, update, and securely maintain employee records.
  • Manage internal procurement operations for office and administrative supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and complete purchasing processes.
  • Ensure that received materials match the agreed specifications.
  • Organize procurement documents and invoices and submit them to the finance department.
  • Work to improve purchasing procedures and reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet their administrative and office supply needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and procurement.
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and procurement procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
